Chockfast Specialist

As a Chockfast Technician, you will be responsible for carrying out chocking of engines, stern tubes, deck machinery on various vessels and installations in Singapore and surrounding countries.

You will work with Phillycald 1775/620TS and Devcon applications, as well as interact with customers on job sites. Your tasks include interpreting technical drawings, determining appropriate repair parts and procedures, operating and inspecting completed work to determine repair success.

You must be able to understand blueprint specifications and maintain a clean and organized work area. You will also conduct daily machine tool preventive maintenance, organize and store machining fixtures for future use.

Additionally, you will assist the Foreman in completing work scope within the given time frame and perform self-inspection on finished work pieces. You must manage time effectively and coordinate all aspects of the job assigned by the Supervisor or Manager.

• At least ITE certificate or O' Level
