
Academic Support Officer | Assessment Coordination

We are seeking an experienced Assessment Support Officer to join our team.
The ideal candidate will provide essential administrative support for assessment processes, student results, and academic progression. This role ensures compliance with academic and assessment policies, coordinates examinations, manages student results and appeal records, and supports academic staff in their duties.
- Assessment Systems: Maintain up-to-date knowledge of examination systems, policies, and procedures.
- Student Guidance: Advise students on course requirements and academic matters.
- Feedback and Results: Organize and monitor the marking process, ensuring timely distribution of feedback and results release to students.
- Academic Progression: Ensure student academic progress complies with regulations.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration or relevant field.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience in student information systems or customer relationship management tools.

This role is critical in supporting students' academic success and overall well-being. As an Assessment Support Officer, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate records, coordinating events, and providing excellent customer service.
- Maintain accurate records of student assessments, results, and appeal records.
- Coordinate examination events and ensure smooth execution.
- Provide exceptional customer service to students, faculty, and staff.
Key Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A degree in a relevant field, such as Business Administration.
- Experience working with student information systems or customer relationship management tools.
