Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Export Operations Coordinator to join our team at GLOBAL AIRFREIGHT INTERNATIONAL PTE. LTD. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the quality of export operations, performing daily liaison on work processes, and conducting quality checks on export cargo labelling and documentation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure export operations quality work process.
  • Daily liaison on work processes.
  • Perform quality check on export cargo labelling and documentation.
  • Scan pre-alert to overseas agent and shipper.
  • Liaise with warehouse personnel on cargo discrepancies.
  • Liaise with shipment, booking, and cross-border discrepancies.
  • Checking of cargo acceptance and submission through portal.
  • Other ad-hoc tasks assigned.

Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least ITE/Diploma and preferred in Logistics/Transportation or equivalent study.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and equipped with IT skills will be preferred.
  • Willing to perform weekend/duty when required.
