Job Title: Route Planning and Service Coordination Manager

We are seeking an experienced Route Planning and Service Coordination Manager to join our team. As a key member of our operations department, you will be responsible for planning and scheduling daily maintenance service appointments.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement efficient route planning strategies to minimize travel time and maximize productivity.
  • Schedule daily maintenance service appointments with customers, ensuring timely and effective delivery of services.
  • Manage job status updates, including tracking progress and resolving any issues that may arise.
  • Provide exceptional customer service via email, phone calls, and text messages.
  • Interact with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Collaborate with sales representatives to generate new contracts and service agreements.
  • Prepare and send electronic invoices after job completion.
  • Record payments in accounts receivable.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure overdue invoices are resolved.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in route planning and service coordination.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
