Job Title: Prefabricated MEP BIM Modeler

This is a unique opportunity to work on advanced Building Information Modeling (BIM) technologies in the construction industry.

We are seeking an experienced and skilled BIM modeler to develop and optimize BIM models for prefabricated Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) systems. The ideal candidate will have excellent problem-solving, communication, and coordination skills.

About the Role:
  • Create accurate 3D BIM models using Autodesk Revit, AutoCAD, and other tools.
  • Integrate prefabrication needs, perform clash detection, and resolve conflicts early to ensure project efficiency.
  • Update BIM models based on design changes and site feedback to guarantee seamless project delivery.
  • Generate detailed drawings, schedules, and shop drawings for MEP prefabrication.
  • Standardize BIM libraries and processes for efficient project delivery.
  • Provide technical support for resolving BIM-related issues.
  • Work with teams to optimize models for fabrication and ensure smooth workflows.
  • Collaborate with project teams and stakeholders to ensure seamless project delivery.
  • Generate progress reports and provide updates on model status and coordination.
Requirements & Skills:
  • NITEC, Higher NITEC, or Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, or related fields.
  • BIM software proficiency (AutoCAD, Revit, Navisworks).
  • Knowledge of MEP systems is preferred.
  • Familiarity with structural and architectural coordination is a plus.
  • BCSS certification is preferred.
  • Fresh graduates are welcomed.
Skills & Tools:
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and Navisworks.
  • Strong understanding of prefabrication and modular MEP systems.
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and coordination skills.
  • Ability to work independently and within cross-functional teams.
