Ship Repair Team Lead Position

This is a senior-level role in our marine services organization, focusing on leading the ship repair team to successfully execute vessel maintenance projects.

  • We are seeking an experienced candidate with exceptional leadership skills and extensive knowledge of mechanical equipment to fill this position.

The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of relevant working experience, a diploma or certificate in Marine Engineering, and the ability to read drawings and write service reports using PC or tablet. Additionally, they should be familiar with safety regulations and permit-to-work systems.

This role involves planning and executing repair jobs in the most cost-effective manner while ensuring high safety standards, attending to vessels in dry dock as assigned, and training new team members. The successful candidate will also be responsible for carrying out any retrofit job for new equipment installation on board vessels.
