Job Description

We are seeking a qualified professional to conduct quarterly BSC reviews and internal investigations in respect of any market misconduct committed by representatives.

The ideal candidate will fulfill requirements under the BSC framework via BSC reviews, customer call surveys, reviews of Mystery Shopping cases, and assignment of quarterly BSC grades to representatives and supervisors.

  • Conduct thorough investigations by interviewing relevant parties such as reps, leaders and clients, obtaining and assessing documentary evidence of alleged misconducts.
  • Prepare investigation reports documenting the investigator's assessment and recommendations.
  • Mete out disciplinary actions in accordance with company standards.
  • Analyse common trends to identify high-risk representations and agencies.
  • Conduct portfolio reviews of high-risk representatives through data analysis.
  • Provide consultancy services to partners on BSC related matters.
  • Perform other responsibilities and duties periodically assigned by supervisor to meet operational and/or other requirements.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Minimum Diploma qualification.
  • Insurance sales advisory experience preferred.
  • Market conduct and/or Balanced Scorecard experience preferred.
  • CMFAS 5, 9 and HI certification is an added advantage.
