**Job Title:** Senior Educator
We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated School Leader to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for teaching and learning, and be able to inspire and motivate students to reach their full potential.
About the Role:

The School Leader will be responsible for leading and managing a team of educators to deliver high-quality education to students. This includes developing and implementing curriculum, assessing student progress, and providing feedback and support to teachers.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Curriculum Development: Develop and implement curriculum that meets the needs of students and is aligned with educational standards.
  • Teacher Support: Provide guidance and support to teachers to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to deliver high-quality education.
  • Student Progress: Assess student progress and provide feedback to parents and guardians.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and manage a team of educators to achieve school goals and objectives.

Requirements:
  • Degree in Education: Hold a degree in education or a related field.
  • Teaching Experience: Have a minimum of 3 years' experience in teaching and leadership roles.
  • Leadership Skills: Demonstrate strong leadership skills, including communication, problem-solving, and decision-making.
