Mechanical and Electrical Equipment Specialist

We are seeking a skilled M&E Service Technician to join our team. This role is ideal for an individual who possesses strong technical knowledge and excellent problem-solving skills.
Key Responsibilities:- Perform routine maintenance of mechanical and electrical equipment, ensuring compliance with health and safety standards.
- Conduct thorough inspections of buildings to identify potential issues and take corrective action.
- Respond to breakdowns and emergency situations, providing prompt and effective solutions.
- BUILD STRONG RELATIONSHIPS WITH CUSTOMERS BY PROVIDING CLEAR AND EFFECTIVE COMMUNICATION ABOUT EQUIPMENT ISSUES AND REPAIRS.
- Assist with ad hoc duties as assigned by management.
- Candidate must possess at least a Nitec in Electrical, Mechanical or Building Services Engineering.
- Minimum 3 years' experience in operations and maintenance management of mechanical & electrical services in commercial buildings.
- Basic knowledge of VSD operation required.
- Able to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays when necessary.
