Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused individual to fill the position of Guest Service Executive.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, ensuring that they receive the best possible dining experience from breakfast to dinner. This includes verifying that guests are receiving excellent restaurant service, maintaining high standards of sanitation and cleanliness, and monitoring the quality and quantity of all food and beverage items served.

  • Persuasively verify that guests are receiving excellent restaurant service, including breakfast, lunch, executive lounge, dinner, Bar, Events
  • Maintain high standards of sanitation and cleanliness per Singapore Government and Marriott Standards
  • Monitor the quality and quantity of all food and beverage items served
  • Inventory management and reporting routinely

The successful candidate will be required to attend and complete regular training sessions to ensure they stay up-to-date with the latest skills and knowledge.
