Job Title: Senior QHSE Manager

About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Senior QHSE Manager to lead our regional operations. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for upholding QHSE standards, ensuring compliance with ISO 14001, ISO 9001, and ISO 45001.

The successful candidate will have a deep understanding of QHSE principles and practices, with experience in managing and implementing QHSE initiatives across multiple sites. You will be responsible for leading workplace safety programs, fire prevention measures, and emergency preparedness, as well as conducting internal audits and managing non-conformances.

We require a strong communicator with excellent leadership skills, able to influence senior stakeholders and lead cross-functional teams. If you are a motivated and results-driven individual with a passion for QHSE, we would love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Manage and uphold QHSE standards, including ISO 14001, ISO 9001, and ISO 45001, across regional operations.
  2. Oversee quality, health, safety, environmental initiatives, and regulatory compliance across multiple sites.
  3. Lead workplace safety programs, fire prevention measures, and emergency preparedness.
  4. Conduct internal audits, manage non-conformances, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
  5. Liaise with regulatory bodies, stakeholders, and external partners on QHSE matters.
  6. Promote environmental responsibility and ensure alignment with local environmental regulations.
  7. Foster a strong safety culture and provide training, guidance, and oversight to internal teams.
Requirements
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in QHSE roles, with 3+ years in a managerial or regional leadership position.
  • Deep understanding of ISO standards and local regulatory compliance.
  • Possess relevant QHSE-related certifications such as NEBOSH, ISO, LeadAuditor, WSQ Advanced Certificate in Workplace Safety and Health (or equivalent).
  • Strong audit and incident investigation experience.
  • Demonstrated ability to influence senior stakeholders and lead cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
