Project Manager for Ground Improvement Construction

The role of a Project Manager is to oversee and coordinate the entire construction process from start to finish. As a Project Manager for Ground Improvement Construction, you will be responsible for managing and monitoring daily project works, instructions, and progress.

You will ensure a safe work environment on site by adhering to safety protocols and guidelines. Additionally, you will supervise Ground Improvement Construction works, track the progress and quality of work being performed by operations, and work closely with consultants and subcontractors.

  • Ensure that the works are carried out in accordance with the Project Quality & Safety Plan, contract requirements, including drawings and specifications
  • Create and maintain detailed project documentation
  • Monitoring resources on site and ensuring that sufficiency, availability, and performance are aligned with the schedule
  • Ensuring that the works are carried out to schedule and in accordance with government regulations
Requirements:
  • Min Diploma in Civil Engineering or its equivalent
  • At least 5 years of experience on LTA/MRT Projects in Singapore is an advantage
  • Strong technical competence and excellent time management skills
