Our organization is expanding its Training and Development team, driven by a commitment to service excellence and continuous learning.

We are seeking an experienced Trainer to support the rollout of training programs, deliver hands-on coaching, and promote a high-performance culture across our retail operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct training sessions based on materials developed by the Training Manager, covering topics such as customer service, product knowledge, compliance, and store procedures.
  • Facilitate on-the-job coaching to reinforce learning outcomes and ensure consistency in service delivery across outlets.
  • Support the onboarding and training of new hires to accelerate integration and performance.
  • Work closely with outlet managers to identify and address skill or knowledge gaps among staff.
  • Deliver feedback and performance insights to the Training Manager for continuous improvement of training strategies.
  • Track learning engagement and outcomes, and support training logistics where necessary.
  • Act as a training ambassador, promoting a positive learning culture and upholding our service standards.

Requirements

  • Candidates without experience are welcome to apply.
  • At least 3 years of experience in training, coaching, or frontline retail/service roles would be preferred.
  • Strong presentation and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and motivate staff at all levels.
  • Fluent in English; Mandarin proficiency is a strong advantage.
  • Highly adaptable with a hands-on, service-first attitude.
  • Willing and able to travel regularly to retail branches across Singapore.
