Chief Marketing Strategist

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced marketing professional to oversee all marketing functions for our brand. This is a key role that requires strategic thinking, creativity, and strong leadership skills.

  • Develop and implement multi-channel marketing campaigns to create demand for car sales and grow market share and volume for the company & brand.
  • Manage and integrate full marketing mix: ATL, BTL and promotions, media buying, CRM, corporate sales, event management, digital marketing.
  • Evaluate, lead and execute sponsorships, tie-ups and purchase of lucky draw cars for companies and campaigns.
  • Forge affiliations and partnerships with external companies to build database for corporate sales, collaborations and to increase sales prospects.
  • Establish positive relationships with customers and external vendors to achieve brand loyalty and provide marketing and event support.
  • Ensure corporate identity guidelines of the brand across all areas of marketing communications are adhered to.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Marketing / Communications or equivalent qualifications.
  • Minimum 4-5 years within an automotive dealership or a similar industry is preferred.
  • Excellent team player with strong leadership qualities.
  • Able to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communications, time management and organizational skills.
