Job Title:

Ecommerce Sales and Merchandising Specialist

A highly skilled Ecommerce Sales and Merchandising Specialist is required to manage the customer order journey from online purchase to in-store sales. This role involves coordinating with suppliers, managing stock levels, and ensuring a compelling brand presence within the physical retail environment.

The ideal candidate will have excellent product knowledge, sales skills, and visual merchandising expertise. They must be able to communicate effectively with customers, colleagues, and suppliers, and possess strong problem-solving and organizational skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the entire customer order journey, from online purchase to in-store sales.
  • Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of products.
  • Monitor and manage stock levels to prevent overselling.
  • Implement and maintain visual merchandising standards in retail stores.
  • Ensure all products are well-stocked, neatly arranged, and correctly priced on the shop floor.
  • Act as a sales associate on the retail floor, actively assisting customers and providing product knowledge.
  • Build rapport with outlet team to encourage increase in business and brand awareness.
