Senior Business Technology Consultant
">About the Role:This position is a key member of our team, responsible for developing and supporting front office capabilities, including deal sourcing, portfolio monitoring, and divestment.
">Main Responsibilities:- OKR Development: Develop and implement Objectives and Key Results (OKRs) for the product team to ensure alignment with company goals and drive focus.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Lead discovery sessions with stakeholders to understand business needs and challenges.
- Workshop Facilitation: Facilitate workshops and brainstorming sessions to gather detailed requirements and insights.
- Solution Development: Translate findings into actionable user stories and lead discussions on IT solutions that meet business needs.
- Data Analysis: Analyze data to identify patterns and develop models to support business processes.
- Prioritization: Prioritize features based on business goals and technical feasibility.
Education: Possess a degree in Finance, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Experience: Minimum 4 years of experience in technology business analysis or software development, with a focus on investment/banking applications.
Skills: Experience in overseeing complex IT projects, including system integrations and data migrations. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with strong ability to manage teams and senior business stakeholders.
