Job Overview

Elevate your career as a Reinforcement Manager, overseeing the coordination of rebar works on-site to ensure compliance with structural drawings, specifications, quality standards, and project timelines.


Main Responsibilities
  • Lead a team in effectively cutting, bending, and fixing reinforcement bars according to established methods.
  • Verify that rebar work meets project requirements and specifications.
  • Collaborate with site engineers and other trade supervisors to plan and coordinate work sequences efficiently.
  • Monitor progress, resource allocation, and material usage for optimal results.
  • Inspect rebar sizes, spacing, alignment, and tying methods before concreting to maintain quality standards.
  • Maintain site safety and enforce adherence to Workplace Safety & Health (WSH) regulations.
  • Address technical or manpower issues promptly and resolve them effectively.
  • Keep accurate records of work progress, materials received/used, and manpower attendance for future reference.

Essential Qualifications
  • Demonstrate strong knowledge of reinforcement detailing, BBS (Bar Bending Schedule), and construction drawings.
  • Possess at least 3–5 years of experience in rebar installation supervision, preferably with a proven track record of success.
