Job Title: Primary School Administrative Liaison

This is a pivotal role within the school community that requires a highly organized and proactive individual to serve as the primary point of contact for parents, students, and visitors.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing information and guidance to callers, email users, and walk-in inquirers regarding school operations, admissions, and events.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Act as the initial point of contact for parents, students, and visitors, providing information and support.
  • Respond promptly to phone calls, emails, and in-person inquiries regarding school activities, admissions, and events.
  • Handle concerns, feedback, and requests, directing them to the appropriate department or resolving them efficiently.
  • Support the school reception desk, greeting visitors and directing them to the correct personnel or department.
  • Assist with the preparation and dissemination of school correspondence (letters, newsletters, publications).
  • Support teachers with clerical tasks such as distributing resources.
  • Assist teachers with preparing teaching and learning materials.
  • Perform administrative duties for teaching staff and supervisors.
  • Manage data entry and maintenance in the school's administrative systems.
  • Take care of students at the school infirmary.

Requirements

Essential Qualifications:
  • Candidates must have experience working in a primary school general office setting.
  • Relevant work experience in general administration and student care is required.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications is essential.
  • Candidates must be proficient in English and their native language.
  • Providing excellent customer service to stakeholders is crucial.
