Job Title: Career Advancement Representative
">Job OverviewWe are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented professional to fill the role of Career Advancement Representative. This position requires excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, as well as strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Key Responsibilities:- Process customer purchase orders, quotations, and consignment programs efficiently and effectively.
- Manage sub-inventory transfers, perform deliveries, and arrange shipments in a timely manner.
- Handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide timely updates on outstanding purchase orders.
- Liaise with internal and external customers, vendors, and colleagues to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
- Assist in maintaining accurate records, updating prices, and creating new items in the inventory system.
- O'level/SPM/Certificate in any field or equivalent qualification.
- Excellent English language skills for effective communication and document processing.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with high pressure and adaptability.
- Proficient in using computers and Microsoft Office applications.
- Strong work ethics and positive attitude towards teamwork and customer satisfaction.
