Job Title: HR Executive

Hao Hong Construction Pte. Ltd. is seeking a highly skilled HR Executive to join our team. As an HR Executive, you will be responsible for managing foreign worker administration, payroll processing, and work permit renewal and cancellation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage foreign worker payroll administration, including accurate processing and timely renewal and cancellation of work permits.
  • Coordinate with site staff on workers' work permit matters and follow up on home leave applications.
  • Perform monthly payroll computation, including normal pay, allowances, overtime pay, salary advances, and deductions for workers.
  • Reconcile errors to ensure the accuracy of working hours and prepare payroll and costing reports.
  • Administer MYE application and related matters, including workers' sick leave and medical claims.
  • Follow up on government application of foreign worker levy waiver and carry out periodic checking of workers' passport expiry dates.
  • Handle worker dormitory matters, subcontractor billing, and back-charging of costs.
  • Provide effective support in foreign worker management and handle foreign worker and sub-contractor queries in a timely and effective manner.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in HR administration, payroll processing, and foreign worker management.
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and data entry skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work independently.
  • Ability to perform multiple tasks and prioritize deadlines.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
