About the role:
A highly skilled T24 Business Analyst is required to bridge business needs and technology teams, translating requirements into effective system solutions for core banking projects.

 

Responsibilities include:

  • Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technology teams by crafting system solutions that meet core banking project requirements.

  • Conduct process-led workshops (PLWs) to gather and validate requirements, ensuring clarity and alignment with all stakeholders.

  • Prepare and maintain accurate documentation, including Business Requirement Documents (BRDs), Functional Specification Documents (FSDs), data mapping, migration plans, reporting, and user guides.

  • Propose innovative, scalable solutions while mitigating operational and delivery risks.

  • Lead requirement analysis, solution design, and system enhancements across T24/Transact core banking projects.

  • Coordinate with business users, internal teams, and vendors during project management, development, testing, migration, training, and production release phases.

  • Ensure system solutions align with business objectives, regulatory standards, and risk management practices.

  • Manage stakeholder communication, providing status updates, change logs, and escalating issues when necessary.

  • Support end-to-end implementation of system changes, ensuring timely delivery and high quality.

  • Apply Agile practices (Scrum/Kanban) to manage requirements, prioritization, and delivery.
