Job Title: Cybersecurity Resilience Manager
Key Responsibilities:

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the organization's information systems and data are secure from cyber threats. This will involve conducting comprehensive risk assessments, identifying vulnerabilities, and developing strategies to enhance cyber resilience.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in information security risk management, with experience in implementing security frameworks such as NIST and ISO27001. They will also have excellent communication skills and be able to work closely with IT, security, and compliance teams to ensure a cohesive approach to cyber resilience and risk management.

Some of the key responsibilities of this role include:

* Conducting regular risk assessments and identifying areas for improvement
* Developing and implementing strategies to enhance cyber resilience

* Staying up-to-date with relevant laws and regulations related to cyber resilience and ensuring the organization's practices align with these requirements
* Providing regular reports to senior management and stakeholders on cyber risk metrics and resilience performance

Required Skills and Qualifications:

To be considered for this role, you will need to have the following qualifications and skills:

* A bachelor's degree in IT or equivalent
* Minimum of 8 years experience in information security risk management
* Experience with security frameworks such as NIST and ISO27001
* Strong communication and collaboration skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Familiarity with regulatory requirements and industry standards
