Job Title:

Senior Assistant (Contract Position)

Job Description:

Infineon is seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to fill the role of Senior Assistant. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our Supply Chain management department.

The ideal candidate will have a relevant vocational or professional training of at least 3 years, along with additional subject-specific experience of 5+ years or extensive subject-specific qualification. You will also possess the ability to work autonomously within established procedures and practices, as well as manage multiple tasks efficiently and timely.

Responsibilities include assisting in the preparation of workshops and team events organization, maintaining office systems, and supporting the team in various administrative tasks.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Relevant vocational or professional training of at least 3 years
  • Subject-specific experience of 5+ years or extensive subject-specific qualification
  • Aptitude to work autonomously within established procedures and practices
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and timely
