Job Title: Quantity Surveyor

 

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage correspondence with internal and external teams regarding timely pricing and agreement of variations, effective handling of contract charges, and early settlement of disputes/claims.
  • Prepare tender and contract documents in accordance with project requirements and local building & construction regulations.
  • Support the evaluation and communication of project variations.
  • Assist with valuation of works done by vendors and arrange for payments.
  • Assist with contract administration and settlement of contractual disputes.

 

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Degree in Civil Engineering/Building/Quantity Surveying
  • Minimum 5 years of work experience as Quantity Surveyor for construction-related projects
