Job Title:

Service Ambassador/Crew Leader

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Service Ambassador/Crew Leader to fill this exciting role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring high levels of satisfaction for our customers through effective communication and problem-solving skills.

  • Upsell bakery items by showcasing our products and services in an appealing manner.

  • Manage stock take, inventory, and cash handling duties with precision and accuracy.

  • Coordinate Duty Roster/Staff Schedule and other ad-hoc tasks as assigned by the Supervisor/Superior.

Requirements:

  • Able to work in rotating shifts, adapting to changing circumstances and prioritizing tasks accordingly.

  • Flexible to work on Public holidays and weekends, demonstrating commitment to meeting business objectives.

  • Excellent communication skills, enabling effective collaboration with colleagues and clients.

  • On-job training will be provided for the right candidate, equipping them with the necessary skills and knowledge to excel in this role.

Preferred Qualifications:

Barista experience is highly desirable, but not essential. What is crucial is a passion for delivering exceptional service and a willingness to learn and grow.
