Role Overview

We are seeking an exceptional Chief Culture Strategist to join our team at YMCA of Singapore.

As a key member of our Senior Management team, you will play a pivotal role in driving organisational culture and strategy. You will be responsible for working closely with the SOD team to ensure the successful implementation of strategic projects that strengthen our organisation's culture and secure effective fundraising for strategic projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support project management and implementation by developing and executing culture-promoting initiatives.
  • Follow-up with donor engagements and closing of donations prospecting.
  • Work collaboratively with internal stakeholders to achieve business objectives.
Requirements:
  • A strong track record of experience in culture building within an organisation.
  • Professional and positive engagements with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Systematic and organized, able to multi-task and oversee multiple timelines.
  • Effective translation of strategy to outcomes.
  • Timely and effective delivery of results.
  • Open to learning new domains of knowledge related to the project on hand.
  • Experienced in project management and people engagement.
  • Strong communication skills (able to speak / write clearly and succinctly).
  • Strong accountability and independent worker.
  • Detailed and meticulous.
  • Resourceful and mature.
Preferred Skills:
  • Adept in Microsoft Office (i.e. Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Experience using software applications such as Canva and/or having research/editorial experience would be an advantage.

The estimated salary range for this position is SGD 80,000 - SGD 120,000 per annum, commensurate with experience. This is a unique opportunity to make a meaningful impact in shaping our organisation's culture and strategy.
