About the Role

We are seeking a visionary Chief People and Culture Strategist to lead our human resources strategy, maximizing employee potential and driving our mission forward. As a key member of the senior management team, you will contribute to strategic decision-making, demonstrating a global perspective, anticipating external challenges, and building strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

The successful candidate will possess a deep understanding of systems integration to align people strategies with our organizational goals effectively. You will champion our values and foster a strong, inclusive culture in partnership with senior leadership.

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic Insights: Deliver strategic insights and foresights to position Rainbow Centre as an employer of choice
  • Workforce Analytics: Champion the adoption of workforce analytics to enable informed decision-making
  • Business Partnering: Partner with business leaders to position HR as a key enabler for organizational goals
  • HR Strategy: Apply business and financial acumen to inform HR strategy and policies
  • Culture Transformation: Steer organizational culture and change initiatives to drive high performance

Qualifications and Experience

  • A Master's degree or equivalent tertiary qualification, or relevant professional experience
  • Extensive experience in HR business partnering and the design/delivery of HR strategies and solutions, preferably in the social service sector
  • Strong commitment to empowering persons with disabilities and building inclusive communities

What We Offer

Rainbow Centre offers a competitive salary package, including a base salary of SGD 120,000 - SGD 180,000 per annum, depending on experience.
