Job Opportunity: Enterprise Monitoring Expertise

 

We are seeking an expert to design, implement, and maintain Splunk-based monitoring solutions across the enterprise. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Splunk Enterprise architecture, configuration, and administration, as well as experience in Splunk ITSI, including KPI creation, service design, and correlation searches.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Designing and implementing Splunk-based monitoring solutions
  • Configuring and optimizing Splunk Enterprise, ITSI, APM, RUM, and Synthetic Monitoring
  • Developing custom dashboards, alerts, reports, and service health scores in ITSI
  • Integrating logs, metrics, traces, and real user data from various platforms
  • Assisting in onboarding data sources and developing efficient indexing and data retention strategies
  • Collaborating with application, network, and infrastructure teams to define monitoring requirements and improve system performance and reliability
  • Identifying system anomalies and performance bottlenecks using APM, RUM, and synthetic tests
  • Developing automation scripts for alerting and response using Splunk SOAR or other automation tools
  • Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of the latest Splunk features and best practices

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Splunk Certified Enterprise Admin
  • Splunk Certified Observability Cloud Engineer
  • Splunk Certified ITSI Analyst or Admin
