Job Title: Vehicle Service Specialist
The role of a Vehicle Service Specialist involves ensuring the optimal performance and safety of firefighting vehicles through on-site and workshop services.
- Conduct thorough inspections, testing, installation, repairs, and servicing of firefighting vehicles to guarantee they are in good working condition.
- Troubleshoot and repair complex issues with firefighting vehicles, including electrical, mechanical, Can Bus system, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.
- Prepare comprehensive service reports, including root cause analysis, detailed repair information, parts used, and submit them to the team leader/supervisor promptly.
- Perform additional tasks as assigned by service management, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic work environment.
Required Qualifications:
- Professional Certificate or Diploma in Engineering (Automotive/Electronic/Mechatronic) or equivalent qualification.
- A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience, with training provided.
Preferred Skills:
- Valid Class 3 and 4 driving licenses.
