Job Title: Cloud Infrastructure Specialist

About the Role:

This is a highly rewarding opportunity to join our team as a Cloud Infrastructure Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing cloud-based systems to ensure maximum efficiency and scalability.

Main Responsibilities:

1. System Administration: You will manage and maintain operating systems, system software, hardware, and ensure the stability and security of system environments.

2. Incident Management: Respond to system incidents according to severity levels and meet service level requirements.

3. Documentation and Reporting: Maintain and update system documentation, standard operating procedures (SOP), guidelines, and daily checklists.

4. Collaboration and Coordination: Work closely with third-party vendors, telecommunication operators, ISPs, and other service providers.

5. Compliance and Training: Ensure compliance with information security guidelines and health and safety regulations.

Requirements:


• Education: Diploma in Information Technology or a related field.


• Experience:

o Minimum of 3 years of experience in managing system and hardware infrastructure.


• Certifications:

o ITIL certified, relevant certifications for specific systems.


• Skills:

o Strong technical knowledge of system and hardware management.

o Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.

o Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

o Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
