We are seeking a dedicated nursing professional to join our team. As a valuable member of our organization, you will provide high-quality nursing care and services in a homely environment with a focus on unhurried personalized care.

  • Diploma or degree in nursing or its equivalent is required for this position.
  • An advanced diploma or specialist diploma in gerontology, orthopaedic, neuroscience, palliative care, or community nursing is preferred for senior roles.
  • Experience in an Intermediate Long-Term Care (ILTC) setting is advantageous.
  • A valid Registered Nurse practicing certificate issued by the Singapore Nursing Board is necessary.
  • A valid Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) certification is also required.
  • Candidates must be comfortable working rotating shifts and open to deployment within two work sites under SingHealth Community Hospitals.

You will play a crucial role in facilitating the continuity of care for patients throughout their hospitalization and transition to home and community.
