Operations Specialist for Academic Programs

The Academic Operations Coordinator plays a pivotal role in the academic operations team, focusing on planning and executing the academic programs of HSS degree courses.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, manage, and execute academic operations of all HSS degree programs with a focus on continual and practical assessments;
- Oversee the exam administration process, including distribution and collection of exam materials;
- Implement quality assurance measures to ensure examination process integrity and fairness;
- Assist with administrative matters related to Clinical Practice Education;
- Support program-level events such as workshops, meetings, and dialogue sessions;
- Perform other functional duties or divisional work as assigned.
To excel in this role, you should possess exceptional organizational and time management skills, along with strong attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively.
Desirable Proficiencies Include:
- Database administration;
- E-commerce platforms;
- Quality assurance experience and general admin work.
