Field Operations Specialist

We are seeking a skilled professional to fill the role of Field Operations Specialist.
Key Responsibilities:- Analyze system designs to ensure compliance with technical specifications, playing a vital role in project success.
- Prepare material submissions and technical drawings for submission, meeting project timelines and expectations.
- Monitor project progress through regular site inspections and oversee subcontractors/internal workers to ensure efficiency and timely completion, maintaining high standards of quality and safety.
- Manage and control work progress, schedules, safety, and quality standards, utilizing expertise in project management and technical specifications.
- Conduct system testing and commissioning, obtaining customer approval upon completion, ensuring client satisfaction.
- Submit verification reports for completed work, providing detailed documentation and assurance.
- Develop and implement programs to ensure effective project execution, streamlining processes and improving results.
- Coordinate departmental activities, attend meetings, and liaise with clients, vendors, and internal teams, fostering strong relationships and communication.
- Oversee the installation of Extra Low Voltage (ELV) systems in commercial projects, applying expertise in security technologies and system design.
This role requires handling site activities, coordination, and supervision related to engineering and system design. Proficiency in AutoCAD, Cabling, Customer Service, Electronics, Commissioning, and Ability to Work Independently is required.
