This job posting is for an experienced IT Manager to lead our development team and oversee the successful delivery of technology projects.
- Job Summary:
- Manage all phases of project planning, execution, and delivery, ensuring projects are completed on time, within scope, and budget.
- Define and implement the technical vision and strategy for projects, making key decisions around system architecture and technology stacks.
- Team Leadership & Mentorship: Lead, mentor, and inspire a high-performing development team, fostering a collaborative and results-driven environment.
- Project Oversight: Oversee resource allocation, identify potential risks, and implement strategies for risk mitigation, ensuring smooth cross-functional collaboration and project integration.
- Technical Strategy & Architecture: Establish and promote best practices for coding, software quality, testing, and development methodologies to ensure high standards across the team.
- Education: Degree in Information Technology and/or Business and Finance.
- Skills: Proficiency in multiple programming languages (HTML, CSS, .NET, JavaScript, Python), Agile methodologies, CI/CD processes, and DevOps practices.
Preferred Skills: Deep understanding of software architecture, database management, cloud technologies (Azure), and prior experience in the manufacturing sector.
