Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Planning and Analysis Manager to join our team at DYSTAR SINGAPORE PTE LTD. As a key member of our Global FP&A team, you will be responsible for formulating short to mid-term business direction and plans, as well as supporting senior management in monthly forecasting, annual budgeting, and long-term projections.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and drive commercial analysis at an in-depth level, drilling into P&L profitability by product range, product sub-ranges, sales areas, and expenses for all entities in the Group.
  • Own and enable global Management Performance Review by developing and harmonizing financial KPIs, developing efficient performance tracking tools, and highlighting deviations for corrective action plans.
  • Actively participate in global initiatives and projects on process improvement, system implementation, and business intelligence tools.
  • Develop and maintain tools and relevant reporting templates to improve the efficiency, timeliness, and accuracy in data collation, analysis, and performance tracking.
  • Support senior management in coaching team members and providing ad-hoc reporting and analysis to support decision-making.
Requirements
  • Degree in accounting or its equivalent.
  • At least 8 years' FP&A experience, with minimum 4 years in costing.
  • Hands-on experience in production-oriented business environments.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work with multicultural teams and communicate with various global team members.
  • Good understanding of ERP systems, particularly SAP and SAP Business Warehouse.
  • Experience in project-related business intelligence software implementation is an advantage.
  • Excellent Microsoft Office skills, especially in Excel.
  • Strong analytical skills and a good sense of urgency in meeting reporting deadlines.
  • Fluent in business English, with spoken proficiency in Mandarin or other languages an advantage.
