- Identify inefficiencies in financial planning and forecasting processes and implement corrective actions to streamline workflows.
- Drive continuous improvement of planning and forecasting processes within the finance team, driving process enhancements and automation initiatives.
- Analyze financial performance against budget and forecast, identifying key variances and providing actionable insights to management.
- Support the Head of Planning & Forecasting in preparing regular financial/KPI reports and presentations for management, highlighting key trends, risks, and opportunities.
- Conduct ad hoc financial analysis to support decision-making on investment opportunities, pricing strategies, and operational initiatives.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, economic developments, and regulatory changes that may impact the company's performance.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
- MBA or CPA would be ideal.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in financial planning and analysis.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Familiarity with ERP systems is a plus.
