Health Ambassador Role

As a Health Ambassador, you will play a crucial role in promoting healthy lifestyle choices and providing support to individuals who are struggling with their health.

Job Description:
  • You will assist with the enrolment process for our Health programme, working closely with patients and residents in outreach settings such as hospitals, community centres and mobile app platforms.
  • You will explain the benefits of our Health initiatives and the importance of enrolling in the programme, ensuring that patients understand the value of preventive healthcare and the importance of regular check-ups.
  • You will attend to enquiries from patients and caregivers, providing them with accurate information and support to help them navigate our services.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • You should be able to communicate effectively with patients and colleagues, both verbally and in writing.
  • You should have basic computer skills and be comfortable using mobile apps and other digital tools.
  • You should be able to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating a strong sense of initiative and adaptability.
