Job Description

As a Quality Assurance Team Lead at Dentsply Sirona's Bar-Lev Site in Israel, you will play a crucial role in leading the QA team and coordinating key quality assurance activities across the organization.

Reporting to the QA Director, you will be responsible for overseeing core QMS processes such as CAPA management, complaint handling, supplier quality, internal audits, implementation of statistical techniques, document control, and validation activities.

Responsibilities:

  • Own and drive deliverables related to quality systems, product quality, and compliance.

Collaboration is Key:

You will partner closely with various personnel on-site to drive continuous improvement and provide quality-oriented solutions.

Monitoring compliance with company policies and procedures will also be a crucial aspect of your role to uphold adherence to the Quality Policy.


Qualifications and Requirements

Qualified candidates should have:

  • A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • At least 3 years of experience in Quality Assurance, focusing on medical devices.
  • Minimum of 3 years of proven experience in a leadership or team management role in Quality Assurance, with a strong knowledge of QMS regulatory requirements and quality standards such as ISO13485, 21CFR820, MDR, MDSAP requirements, etc.

Essential Skills and Qualities

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential for this role. Strong analytical skills and proficiency in English-language communication (both written and spoken) are also required.
