About the Role

As a Construction Management Lead MEP, you will be responsible for overseeing the performance of MEP contractors and leading the delivery of the mechanical workscope.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Manage and coordinate the activities of MEP contractors to ensure timely completion of projects.
  2. Develop and implement strategies to improve project efficiency and reduce costs.
  3. Liaise with the General Contractor and Design Team to ensure alignment with project objectives.
  4. Monitor progress against the project schedule and identify areas for improvement.
Requirements
  • Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline.
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in Mechanical Construction and/or Engineering, preferably in the pharmaceutical sector.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with proven ability to motivate and guide teams.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with ability to analyze complex problems and develop effective solutions.
