Job Description:

We are seeking a seasoned MEP Manager to oversee the construction activities of large-scale projects in Singapore.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage MEP contractors throughout the project duration.
  • Ensure the performance of all MEP trades is met.
  • Provide expert leadership in delivering Mechanical workscope through mechanical engineering knowledge.
Liaison and Decision Making:

Foster collaboration with the General Contractor and Design Team to make informed decisions that align with project objectives.

Project Monitoring and Progress:
  • Understand project direction and drive key milestones to achieve the required project schedule.
  • Monitor progress against the schedule and facilitate planning to mitigate challenges.
Qualifications and Skills:
  • Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related discipline.
  • At least 10 years of experience in Mechanical Construction and/or Engineering, preferably in the pharmaceutical sector.
  • General understanding of Local Building Codes, Mechanical Codes, Electrical Codes, and Plumbing Codes.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with proven ability of collaboration within a multi-discipline team in a large-scale construction environment.
  • Good communication skills both verbal and written with proven capability in reporting to senior management levels.
