Digital Transformation Executive

Are you ready to propel the digital evolution of a world-class organization at the forefront of aerospace innovation?

We are seeking an experienced and visionary Digital Transformation Executive to lead our digital and IT team in driving business growth through cutting-edge technologies and strategic partnerships.

  • Drive the migration and implementation of SAP S/4HANA, ensuring alignment with business needs and timelines.
  • Oversee the transformation and deployment of Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) to enhance operational efficiency and agility.
  • Develop and execute a roadmap for the evolution of the organization's digital stack, ensuring integration and synergy across platforms.

This role requires expertise in digital transformation, IT management, and innovation. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of OT systems and experience with SAP S/4HANA migration and/or MES implementation.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (Master's preferred).
  • Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in IT operations, infrastructure management, and digital transformation.
  • Proven experience in managing IT service provider relationships and vendor performance.
  • Excellent project management, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
