  • Identify and engage with key stakeholders to create sales opportunities for our company.
  • Qualify potential customers/leads effectively and drive engagement with customers to secure sales appointments.
  • Share the value proposition of our products and services with home buyers/sellers, driving cross-selling and upselling of these products/services.
  • Handle inbound/outbound enquiries from various channels, including WhatsApp, SMS, in-house messaging systems, and phone calls.
  • Be the voice of the customer, channeling feedback to internal stakeholders and coordinating with them to address customer concerns.
  • Coordinate and schedule appointments for assigned Real Estate Consultants and assist in maximizing sales opportunities for each call/enquiry.
  • Manage multiple threads of communication on WhatsApp/in-house messaging systems and ensure that customer data is accurate and up-to-date.
  • Monitor CRM systems to ensure data accuracy and provide support to the Manager on day-to-day operations.

  • Positive work ethics: Works with minimal supervision and manages own time effectively, takes ownership of work assignments, and is committed to accomplishing tasks on time and with quality.
  • Aspiring real estate professionals are preferred but not mandatory.
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
  • Fluent in written and spoken English; knowledge of Mandarin is an additional plus.
  • Comfortable working with technology and proficient in Google Suite/hubspot.
  • Ability to multi-task effectively and have a can-do attitude and problem-solving skills.
  • Team player with a strong interest in working with internal stakeholders and customers.
