Tax Manager Role
As a seasoned tax professional, you will lead international tax planning and cross-border transaction structuring for various business entities.
We are seeking an experienced individual to partner with global stakeholders in ensuring optimal tax efficiency, robust compliance, and effective governance.
The role involves driving tax strategies, structuring transactions, designing investment holding structures, and overseeing corporate income tax and indirect tax compliance across multiple jurisdictions.
You will provide tax advisory support to diverse teams on order flows, pricing models, and fund transfers. Additionally, you will monitor global tax policy changes, conduct risk assessments, and develop strategic responses.
The ideal candidate has at least 8 years of experience in taxation, accounting, or audit, including 3 years in tax advisory roles within multinational manufacturing groups or Big Four firms. They must have in-depth knowledge of tax systems and regulations, transfer pricing expertise, and hands-on experience with tax audits and reporting.
