Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Infrastructure Design Manager to oversee the design of civil infrastructure projects, including rail, road, and viaducts. The successful candidate will ensure compliance with regulations, safety standards, and engineering codes.

The role involves reviewing tender documents, drawings, and specifications for feasibility, risk, and constructability. You will lead the development of construction methodologies, technical proposals, and method statements to enhance competitiveness.

You will provide technical leadership in roadworks, drainage, earthworks, and related civil works. Your responsibilities will include approving design deliverables, shop drawings, and technical submissions with a focus on quality, constructability, and value engineering.

You will coordinate with our internal teams, including QS, planning, BIM, and procurement, as well as engage suppliers/subcontractors for efficient solutions.

Site visits, feasibility studies, and risk assessments are also part of this role, where you will implement mitigation measures as needed. You will represent our design team in client/consultant meetings and ensure alignment with project goals and timelines.

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, recognised by PE Board
• Primavera P6 certification preferred
• 10–15 years' experience in civil infrastructure design, including tender and project management
• Strong knowledge of Singapore design codes, regulations, and industry standards
• Experience in large-scale infrastructure projects is a strong advantage
