As a key member of our organization, you will play a crucial role in expanding our network, fostering relationships, and identifying, developing, and managing innovation partnerships and collaborations with external organizations.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop a comprehensive partnerships strategy aligned with our mission and goals, leveraging industry trends, healthcare innovations, and emerging opportunities.
- Identify and cultivate partnerships with healthcare providers, industry players, government agencies, institutions, and relevant profit and non-profit organizations, building and maintaining strong, long-term relationships with partners and stakeholders.
- Collaborate with internal departments, domains, and stakeholders to ensure the alignment of strategies and seamless execution of partnership initiatives.
- Exercise due diligence in the execution of partnership agreements, leading administrative tasks, monitoring, and reporting on the outcomes of signed innovation partnerships.
- Establish an appropriate framework, process, and operationalization plan, including document templates, communications collaterals, criteria checklist, due diligence checklist, and process diagrams.
- Support the execution of tasks related to the partnership, including running partner engagement events, organizing innovation-related initiatives, conducting communications campaigns, and representing or supporting the Division in industry events, conferences, and forums.
- Manage the budget, monitor expenses, and optimize resource allocation for partnership initiatives, developing and tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the impact and success of partnerships.
- Bachelor's Degree with 6 years of relevant work experience.
- Experience in strategic planning and partnerships management from the healthcare industry will be an advantage.
- A strong interest in driving innovation and creating impactful change towards healthcare.
- A strategic and critical thinker with excellent communication (verbal & written) and interpersonal skills.
- Adept at handling complex, ambiguous, and challenging situations and comfortable with change in a fluid environment and a growing organization.
- Ability to work both independently and with limited supervision, with a high level of motivation and target-focused individual capable of delivering effectively under pressure and tight timelines.
