Product Data Scientist

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Product Data Scientist to spearhead advanced data analysis, machine learning, and AI initiatives in our Heterogeneous Integration Group (HIG). This role will drive impactful projects that significantly enhance yield and quality improvement, delivering substantial benefits for the organization.

The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership and technical skills, with a deep understanding of data analytics, extraction, and analysis tools such as JMP, Tableau, and Power BI. Proficiency in statistical analysis, predictive modeling, and machine learning techniques is also required, including libraries like TensorFlow, Scikit-learn, and PyTorch.

Responsibilities include:

  • Leading cross-functional teams to develop cutting-edge algorithms, product disposition solutions, and deviation alert systems.
  • Collaborating with IT, Manufacturing, and Operations teams to enhance data infrastructure pipelines using cloud technologies.
  • Mentoring and developing team members to foster growth and development within the team and the organization.
  • Working closely with various cross-functional teams to ensure holistic development and successful shipping of end products.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Statistics, Artificial Intelligence, or related fields.
  • At least 3 years of experience in data analytics/science industry, with experience in Micron Product Engineering or the semiconductor industry preferred.
