Job Title: Advanced Data Analytics Specialist

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Advanced Data Analytics Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in designing and building complex data simulation models, generating synthetic data, and implementing algorithms for machine learning.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and develop data simulation models to mimic financial activities of various adversaries.
  • Generate synthetic data, including mock customer profiles, accounts, and transaction histories.
  • Incorporate approaches to learn from limited existing labelled data to inform synthetic data generation.
  • Implement functionality to generate data based on predefined financial crime typologies, rules, and stress-testing scenarios.
  • Work with the financial crime analytics team to understand requirements and refine simulation logic.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Expertise in PySpark, Python, and data processing tasks.
  • Strong understanding of machine learning algorithms and their applications.
  • Familiarity with big data technologies, such as Hadoop.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
