Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Procurement and Supply Chain Management Expert to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating the procurement and logistics activities of the company.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Issue purchase orders to purchase parts, components, and other materials, ensuring quality, cost-efficiency, and timely delivery.
  • Handle end-to-end purchasing and supply management duties, including receiving, inspecting, sorting, labeling, and issuing goods.
  • Manage store operations, including maintaining accurate records of stock and equipment inventory, and implementing proper packaging and unpacking protocols.
  • Maintain high standards of handling and storage to meet company guidelines, and keep store areas clean and orderly.
  • Assist the Sales team with Requests for Quotation (RFQs) and other related tasks, and collect or do delivery of consumables.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 'O' Level education, with proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Experience in the Aviation industry is preferred, and must possess a valid Class 3/3A driving license.
