Programme Assistant/ Programme Executive

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate individual to join our team as a Programme Assistant/ Programme Executive. This role involves impacting seniors' lives by promoting active ageing, preventing social isolation, and rendering inter-generational activities through a holistic range of programmes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Programme Development: Plan, develop, and implement programmes to meet the needs of the seniors.
  • Social Engagement: Engage, befriend, and motivate the seniors through facilitating activities or programmes.
  • Administration: Perform administration tasks and demonstrate Microsoft Office literacy.
  • Community Outreach: Support outreach activities, home visits, and conducting assessments using Community Screening Tool.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Passion for Working with Seniors: A genuine desire to work with seniors and make a positive impact on their lives.
  • Excellent Interpersonal Skills: Good interpersonal skills to engage and motivate seniors.
  • Administrative Proficiency: Ability to perform administration tasks efficiently.
  • Microsoft Office Literacy: Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Community Screening Tool: Knowledge of the Community Screening Tool and ability to conduct assessments.
