Senior Financial Statement Assurance Expert

We are seeking a Financial Statement Assurance Professional with exceptional skills and attention to detail.
The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the accuracy and reliability of financial statements, participating in audit engagements, and reviewing working papers and financial statements. The professional must ensure compliance with professional accounting and auditing standards.
- Coordinate engagement logistics, including staffing, locations, and scheduling, in consultation with the manager or partner.
- Perform substantive testing, prepare or review audit programs, and monitor time budgets.
- Assign audit tasks to staff based on skills and experience.
- Provide guidance, mentorship, and constructive feedback to audit staff.
- Evaluate working papers to ensure audit compliance with generally accepted auditing standards.
- Discuss significant audit findings with the manager or partner.
- Prepare or review financial statements, notes, schedules, and management letters in accordance with SFRS, IndAS, and IFRS.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.
- Professional accounting qualification (e.g., ACCA, CA, CPA).
- Knowledge of local and international accounting and auditing standards (ISCA, IFRS, IndAS).
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Effective communication and teamwork abilities.
